We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and we make every effort to
provide you with the best pictures possible. Because of this we are confident
that you will be pleased with your purchase.
But occasionally you may receive something that isn't exactly what you
expected. If this should happen, we will do everything we can to resolve it to
make you a satisfied customer including:
- A remake of the print.
- A remake including additional touch-ups on the existing images, including
image sharpening, color correction, and cosmetic touch-ups.
- A free repeat session.
In addition we provide a "reduced cost replacement policy" for
your pictures if they get damaged. Just bring in the damaged print and we will
get you a replacement at a reduced amount of your original cost (depending on
the size and texture of the print).
Just tell us if you are not satisfied for any reason, your satisfaction with
your pictures and our services is our number one priority.
